While devoting our efforts to diversified services for our office-based patients, our practice has also been associated with Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare Regional Rehabilitation Center and Rome Memorial Hospital. We also provide rehabilitation medical directorship service, as well as acute and sub-acute comprehensive medical rehabilitation in collaboration with area health care facilities. We've been serving the Central New York area for over 35 years.

To provide convenience and accessibility to our patients, we have established office locations in Herkimer and Oneida in addition to our New Hartford office.

Our physiatrists are certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and have many years of experience in the physiatry specialty. A physiatrist additionally certified in IME and subspecialty boards of pain management and neuromuscular medicine will provide specific subspecialty services.
